EPC
‘Social’ and ‘Private’ Landlords have been mandated by law to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) starting from 1st October 2008.

Gas Safety (Installations and Use) Regulations 1994 (1996)
All gas appliance installations on the property must be checked by a qualified Engineer – Gas Safe/CORGI – yearly.

The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994
Electrical equipment on the property are required to be “safe and of no risk or injury to human or animal”.
